balance, calmness, comfort <- Thank you

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the help your book brought me. Very first listening of the audio-book during my bike ride brought me understanding of the importance of exhalation. Earlier, I often focused on the inhale itself, which caused aeration and incomplete breaths. This caused disappointment and tension. Now, as it happens, it's enough to breathe out and the next breathe in become natural, full and healthy. Any stuff which disturbs me is easily blown out now, bringing balance, calmness, emptiness, which restoring the state of comfort. The author's voice perfectly communicates the information, the very hearing introduces a balancing mood. Thank you. Lukasz
