I didn’t realize there are different juicers. This audiobook explained the options thoroughly. I found it helpful to hear about the different juice plans depending on your health goal. I learned that we could juice, as needed, for a simple condition like a cold.

We all need to do that right? This book does a great job of explaining the benefits of all the different fruit and veg we can juice including the antioxidants and nutrients as well as taking about how organic is best.

I've decided to incorporate juicing into my daily life after listening to this audiobook. I'm not referring to the juice from the store, but rather the one I produced. I'm aware of what I'm ingesting in this way. It's odd, but this audiobook helped me realize that preparing healthy juice is simple and, most importantly, inexpensive. I'm eager to give some of them a try. But, I truly enjoy the juice's detoxifying component. When I was listening to it, it made me feel a little more hopeful. I would advise anyone who wants to begin living healthily to listen to this audiobook.

I've been dabbling with using juices in my weight loss journey, but it's been a bit blurry because the information I've been getting up until now seemed to contradict. I loved that this book put everything for me in one place. Now I'm using juices for weight loss, but I see a time when I'll be using them to keep healthy and I like that I can still use this book.
