If you are a novice to "classical" music and wondering if you should give it a try, this is the place to start. Johann Sebastian Bach, a deeply religious German of the 18th century, is without question the great foundational - and still one of the most popular - composers of all time. Narrated by John Ringham and filled with helpful and inspiring recorded clips of Bach’s works, this audiobook comes in at under an hour and introduces the listener to the key events and compositions of Bach’s life. If you stumbled upon this listing and have no interest in classical music, listen to Bach’s "Air on a G String" and the "The Well-Tempered Clavier" and reconsider.

OK, wish it had more...
It was OK. I couldn't find much on Bach in audio. This was about the only thing. There were some interesting little stories of Bach's life. But, it certainly was a quick high level sweep. The alternation of music and narrative gave it a flavor for the period. Audio quality of the music was not high, but I was listening through a car adapter.
