Summary

The material presented here first appeared as a continuing series of articles in the Magazine of Wall Street. They were obtained through exclusive interviews with Jesse Livermore by R.D. Wyckoff at a time when Livermore was the single most formidable factor in the market. After being "lost" for many years, these interviews are now brought together in book format.

Short and nice listen

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Enjoy listening to it. The wisdom of Jesse Livermore.

What does Jason McCoy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Jason McCoy has a great voice! Like audio books from him, especially on finance.

Good little book.

Has some interesting insights into Livermore's character and methods, and some good advice that is still relevant in today's markets.

Pointers packed into a small package!

If you know Livermore's plight and want to learn some valuable tidbits, whether you're a bull or bear or both, this book is a must listen. Well worth the couple dollar price tag. Recommended with enthusiasm.

Little valuable information

Any additional comments?

This interview has next to no usable advice, read reminiscences of a stock operator instead.

Small book, good listen

Doesn't really go into specific detail, gives a general strategy which is still good, and does show how he made his money, which was shorting the market in 1907

If you listen to this dozens of times and put the

methods into practice, you will become very successful in trading. The ideas in this small book are invaluable. Read the two books by Livermore and books by Wyckoff, which are the real deals in the stock market education.
