Carla pitches her old boyfriend's plan to patch the thinning Ozone to POTUS, but he isn't buying it, so she get's her new boyfriend, Jorel, head of the Planet Preservation Corporation and frontline investor to Space-X to talk Elon Musk into delivering the restorative to the atmosphere on one of his automated rockets.

Things get weird when the restorative is jettisoned and the artic circle, along with the rest of the exosphere, turns to glass.The Falcon rocket is facing a disastrous return to earth if the problem isn't solved.

Meanwhile, the President has sent out a call for help to the Sun God from Area 51 and is doing his best to cover up a giant dragon flying in to save them from global annihilation.

Carla, in the meantime, is simply worried about losing her job.
