Even though the story had a really good finish and wrapped everything up really well. I soo wish there would be another book lol…. I loved this story and devoured all three books it was amazing..

I'll preface this with I absolutely loved the first book and look forward to more releases from the author.

During this third book the already spiraling story fully felt like it went out of control, there's some confrontations which felt almost sidelined, trivialised, and overall unimportant which should have been core moments.

An issue was there were too many concepts and side stories crammed into the series, a lot of wonderful ideas and each one could be the focus of a book, but the speed of which a new topic is picked up, used, then promptly forgotten felt jarring, several characters who were introduced as important never saw the light of day again or had their scenes cut short after a lot of in sorry build up.

Some good parts is that the performance was a good continuation from both book one and two, and did an amazing job capturing the wide range of characters, there is a lot of fun ideas and experimentations with the powers and systems, I just wish they were given room to grow (and sometimes a full explanation)

I am still very excited for more books, but I hope that the future stories don't try to capture too large of a range of powers and instead try to recapture the wonder of the first book with a core power concept with increasing and expanding depth.
