It Started with a Van is the true story of how a faulty Mercedes, a bolt that took two weeks and an angle grinder to remove and a YouTube channel that started with five views led two people from Barnsley on the adventure they never planned and couldn't stop having. It is a book about a van, a marriage, a dog called Pablo and the difference between vision and reality.

Told in two voices, with no agreement on the timeline and considerable disagreement about most of the details.

Absolutely loved the humour. Andy and Clare are a comedy duo.Love their story and hope there will be another book to follow. Enjoyed reading their story so much. Well worth a read.

I've been a subscriber to St Christopher of Atlantis for a couple of years and have visited a few campsites on their recommendations. It was lovely to hear how their story began and love the his and hers story telling style. There were definitely a couple of laugh out loud moments. Very relatable. Keep exploring guys. x

I really enjoyed listening to Andy and Claire. I subscribe to their YouTube channel and already enjoy their easy northern humour. They are authentic and honest in the sharing of their experiences. The book is well written and well-read. Recommended!
