Author did an excellent job of spoking

This audio book should be the first audio book for all those who wish to trade. In short, he has not stopped to keep in touch with me and has clarified some concepts. With many experiences, but they must be listenin order, first the first.

This audible book is very interesting

This book allows me to eat what I want as long as I'm hungry. Sounds like less stressful advice than the advice given by diets. I need less stress about eating, so am giving this book a chance.

A lot of information in this audible book

If you are someone with food issues, like me, you may find yourself stopping for moments when reading this book to say, "that makes so much sense, why hadn't I figured that out years ago"? This book has my highest recommendation and the authors have my upmost respect.

I have listen other books on this subject. This book was very well listen . It was a easy and understandable read. The other books I listen were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand.

It was a great book, but I really felt like it should have included a way to incorporate the rules into your life. Like maybe a step-by-step guide. Overall it had some good points.

I recommend this work book to anyone who has any kind of disordered eating! This is the way to have your cake and eat it too! (Pun intended caringly!) These authors are both Registered Nutritionists and awesome as well! Read their bios!

This book will change your life..

This book is a miracle and a true gift. If I could get one for each of my friends I would. It has helped me break down my old diet habits, old food rules, and has allowed me to have tools to tackle every obstacle I have experienced on my intuitive eating journey. It is hard work, and takes time.

I absolutely love this book so much

As someone who has spent over 20 years dieting and hating my body, I absolutely LOVE this book so far! I haven't finished it, but I have listen the original book twice already and I feel that this is a great supplement. It provides a common sense approach. There's more to it than simply telling myself that I can eat what I want, but instead I am being trained to listen to my body's cues and to provide self care.

Informative audiobook for everyone

I have been on so many diets before and never kept the weight of with out gaining it back. I'm so tried of restrictions on what food's to eat. I have never heard of Intuitive eating before but after I listen the book it made since about the diet industry. I'm so glad I decided to listen this book. To know that I can say no to diets and start eating foods again without guilt. To learn to listen to my body when it is hungry and when it's full. Most of all to say no to diets.

Wow great listen book

This book changed my association with nourishment totally. At the point when I got it around a half year back, I had recently increased a couple of pounds after some huge life stuff occurred and just couldn't force myself to eat less it off. So I was gorging a great deal in anticipation of this approaching eating regimen I in the end needed to begin.

After so many diet books, it seems like I finally found the method I was so looking for. Big thank you Ashley, I wish I could hug you. I've heard many people talk about intuitive eating and mindful eating, and now I understand why. It makes a lot of sense, to go back to our senses, to start listening to our body. I feel like I communicate better with my body now, I really understand how to handle cravings, how to be mindful with my eating, and how to intuitively eat and beat emotional eating. The book covers very interesting point of views, it provided me with practical examples and inspired me to find the best version of me. I bought both the kindle version and the audio version so I have it always with me :) Highly recommended. Akela

Left feeling inspired / Wake up call!

I saw myself a lot throughout this reading. I struggle a lot with binge eating and I hate diets. After doing some soul searching I found that a lot what I struggle with in regards to food is psychological. A lot of what is talked can be implemented the next day. I only gave this four stars because at times I felt like the performance was a bit on the non-engaging and that the author did not at any point stress them importance of a well-balanced diet. The right person could easily take this information and use it as an excuse to eat McDonald’s everyday!

waste of time/money & cant exchange

Reader sounds like a nasaly robot. Author must be vegan or vegetarian. Says meat will give you osteoporosis.

Great Content. Poorly Read

The narrator must not understand grammar or basic English. It was so badly narrated. I had to repeat just to understand the context of a basic sentence. But once understood..the information was good..slightly different from the Intuitive Eating book by Evelyn Trimble. I got some good revelation from it.

This book is good especially if you want to work out what kind of eater our you! Gives lots of exercises that are helpful to work thru.
