Self confidence audio book

This book is captivating, entertaining, humorous, and fun. It's one that I would want to pull out and listen after the course is long over with it's that good for anyone interested in an introduction to psychology or remotely curious. It gives you a birds eye view of the large spectrum that psychology is today and psychology is a massive amount of information and knowledge.

A great strength audio book

The psychology of the Arc of Life and the psychology of achievement will help you understand what causes you or prevents you from achieving the goals you have set. Your personality is unique, and it would help if you learned how it came to be. We often say that personality is inborn, but other factors too, besides genetics, could have led you to develop the personality you have. You will also see whether it is possible to adjust or make changes to your character, to ensure that any weaknesses you may have done not stand out. Instead, your strengths should radiate.

One of the best book forever

I'm a Freshman in college and I had to use this book for Intro to Psychology. I hate the subject honestly, but I liked this book. It is up to date and a lot more entertaining to listen. The book came in close to brand new condition and it was pretty lightweight. The best thing overall about this book was that I was able to rent it for less than half the price it was selling at my school bookstore.

Path to happiness

This is one of the first and most important philosophical questions for mankind. For years yogis, religious leaders, and gurus have sought the ever elusive answer. Many of them thought they have found the answer and seek to share it only to realize that their path to happiness was not the same for others. We should be grateful then that serious scientists have decided to put their professional expertise to answering this question.
