narration an absolute blast, comedic dialogue and silly names. wonderful stuff, really made me chuckle, can't wait to move onto the second book. and all 4 were free under my audible membership. winner

it had its fun moments but it is to much of the US has to save the world ..i swear these kind of writers are not aware of the wider world also having marines that dont curse an use more polite words is laughable .also his knowledge of the science he mentioned in the book is also very laughable ..listen to it if it goes on plues or skip it

Quite an interesting idea and good potential. Tainted by the inclusion of an huge steaming heap of US exceptionalism with limited understanding and simplistic, derogatory interpretations of other cultures. Left wondering if this was supported by The Council on Foreign Relations, Chatham House or the State Dept.
