Internet addiction has become a very common problem, especially in countries that have instant access to the online community at any time of day or night. Since the Internet has become a necessity in our modern age, it is impossible for Internet addicts to avoid it. For this reason, full recovery for anyone associated with this illness will have a harder time to beat their addiction than a heroin addict. What causes Internet addiction, and what is the cure?
How can we avoid Internet addiction relapse when we are forced to use it daily to get by at work and in our personal lives?
