Lots of information and tips!!

Wonderful audio book. It started me on my journey of weight loss.I love food and I like the idea of delaying rather than denying something I love! I would recommend this audio book to anyone interested in learning about this audio book! A great way to weight loss!

Excellent audiobook.

I believe the knowledge in this audiobook will change the lives of countless people. It is certainly changing the health of my family as we are now enjoying the benefits that come from living a lifestyle of fasting and eating a low carb, non insulin spiking diet. Very important information here.

The fantastic audiobook.

There are so many fantastic recipes in this audiobook that I had to listen my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the audiobook. I enjoyed listening it and the message resonated with me. I also listen authors audiobook on obesity and, between these two audiobooks, feel my life is about to change for the better.
