Easy to listen.

Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well.

This book has excellent instructions.

This book is like chatting with one of your best friends (only one that is super knowledgeable), who wants you to hear her weight loss journey as she knows DDD can help you as it did her! It opens your mind to challenging "societal" norms of eating, and how these norms of eating every 5 mins (Ha ha or every 2/3 hrs) could be adding to the american obesity epidemic. Bottom line- totally worth the LISTEN!

This is so great book.

This way of living has changed my life David Scott Kingston is the biggest reason for that. Gin does not just write about this lifestyle - she lives it out every day and has a following of people who have created literally thousands of success stories. These are people who have struggled their whole lives with weight. While I'm not where I want to be yet, this book has helped me immensely. I have lost 26 lbs following Gin's way of clean fasting and delaying, but not denying. Highly recommended!
