Important content

Lovely audio book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well. Loving it! Awesome audio book! like it! Well done!

I love this Audio book

This is an interesting weight loss book. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. In this book I found lots of helpful information about Intermittent Fasting. I highly recommend this book. Intermittent fasting!

Wonderful

It is incredible guide for Intermittent Fasting. This book contains a great deal of plans that help decrease weight. Particularly in the event that you need to successfully diminish weight, at that point you can pursue this book. I particularly like this book. Supportive guide for novices.

Love this Audio book!!

Excellent Audio book!! There is also a description of the effects of this diet on the body, health benefits and in particular weight loss. At the end of the book is a description of side effects, which is also very important to know. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. Great book!

Wonderful Audio Book

Great Audio book - easy to understand. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. Forewarned is forearmed.

Good Information

Author has a way of breaking things down so that it is very practical which makes it super easy to incorporate IF smoothly into your daily life. ! It tells you what settings you need for each recipe! I love it because it helps you not get lost in the recipe. I tried the Winter Chicken Salad with my family and it was a huge hit! The recipe was so easy to follow and it tasted amazing! Satisfied with the purchase!
