It was a very easy listen and provided very detailed information, pros and cons of each option and helpful resources. I also love the tone of this audiobook and the personable manner it was . A lot of information audiobook..

This audiobook is very structured, and quite informative. Silvia Pala has a light yet detailed and fun way of delivering the message. Some of this I've heard before; however, she's so researched and informative that she adds to my knowledge in new and interesting ways. People who want to eat potato chips all day and not do anything to improve their lives probably won't like this book. As for the rest of us, this is truly a treasure.

Lovely audiobook!

Lovely audiobook ! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.

A lot of information audiobook..

This audiobook was very well . It was a easy and understandable read. The other audiobooks I listen were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is, the other audiobook mentioned over and over that you can eat whatever you want on the diet, during your eating window. This audiobook explains the diet very well. I highly recommend it. And the best part is the diet really works.

good audiobook

Excellent audiobook. I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this audiobook, it can change your life.

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book. Good explanations and easy to understand.There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. Good food

Good food for getting started with started with IF. short and to the point. I like the information on fat burning.I found this book to be informative. Anyone who is looking for information that is clear and concise on intermittent fasting for women this is the book for you.Easy to read and informative.I am going to start my fasting tomorrow morning.This book was easy to follow. If you're looking for all the science behind this type of eating, then it isn't for you. But, if you're looking jist for instruction on how to Intermittently Fast, then this is a good book.
