Very good introductory book

Very good introductory book on Intermittent fasting. Most Audio books I have listened have too little information on it. This is comprehensive and gives detail by details why intermittent fasting is better than dieting. That is a good deal! And then there's the different types of fasting. The author break down the different types of fasting so subscriber can choose which is the best one.

My lifestyle change starts tomorrow

I feel that I have finally found the golden key to sustaining a healthy body weight for life. Honestly as I read I kept waiting for the catch. But, there’s no catch. It is a lifestyle change that you can tweak to your personal situation. It is easy to follow and you can still eat many of the foods you love within reason.Well written. We've already lost several times and began to appreciate food more by taking 1-2 simple breaks from eating per week. even looked up a lot of the books references and they check out. My lifestyle change starts tomorrow.

Really good info for beginners

Really good info for beginners!! Simple explanation of the benefits and a few of the negatives associated with the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.
