Highly recommend this book


Fasting is an extremely powerful method of weight loss, and surprisingly easy. I have always been one of those that can't go without food so I was expecting this to be much harder. I'm on day five of intermittent fasting and I'm not hungry at all (and never was during the fast either), I have no cravings and I've felt great the whole time. Everything tastes awesome now too and my focus and energy has really increased.

Brilliant. We feel great, and are losing weight


Excellent, science-based approach, cutting to the bottom line of weight loss and overall intersection of eating and health. Well written. We've already lost several times and began to appreciate food more by taking 1-2 simple breaks from eating per week. We thought it wouldn't be doable, but have been pleasantly surprised.

Great scientific information in this audio book


They also address all the myths and misconceptions surrounding this way of eating and if you are in a stall there is a troubleshooting guide. Fasting is covered as well as planning and stocking your pantry. All of this in one book! This is the perfect source for the Fasting way of eating. Great information on supplements as well.
