Finally tried Keto out!

I've always been curious about the keto diet. I've had friends rave about it in the past so I finally decided to cave in and give a try myself which took a lot of convincing! But, more importantly this book actually shows how to enhance keto with intermittent fasting, so now time to rave to my friends about combining the two.

Must read for anyone wanting to lose weight!

This book is a must read if you consider starting a ketogenic diet. Because, if you want even better results combining it with Intermittent Fasting will take you to a whole new level and help you accelerate your weight loss. Shows you how it is!

Exceptional guide to Keto and IF

I've tried I.F before but never managed to stick to it, however, by learning to combine Keto with it, it makes it so much easier finally knowing what to actually what when the meal time comes, and it helped me find what kind of fasting is best for me- thank you.

Useless information

I didn’t find this book useful at all. It’s full of information and advice that is common sense, in my opinion. Very repetitive, and nothing I didn’t already know about fasting or keto. I bought it specifically because it talks about vegan keto and I wanted to learn more about it but it literally just says: replace cheese with vegan cheese, replace butter with vegan butter...
