Great book about fasting

This is an excellent companion to my intermittent fasting. This book provides enough ideas for me to get to know the range of possibilities of my fasting. So looking forward to trying them out! Lovely!

Loosing weight is easy

This is the go to resource for fasting. This was a well-written guide especially for diabetics. Clear language and easy to listing!! Thank you for your work in the fasting field!! I enjoyed this book tremendously! I am recommended this book.

Great i like it! Well done! I am so excited about this book not just for the weight loss ideas but for the possibility of improving our health by stimulating our immune system. Author does the research on each of the topics he pursues.

Very Good book

An excellent book capturing the essence of intermittent fast and keto diet. I counsel to possess a deeper dive in each these directions, however this book gets the message across. Highly recommended.

Nice Book..

Excellent book

Excellent book. I had started the photogenic diet seven weeks past. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and fewer till i'd eat one meal on a daily basis and wasn't very starving. I worked my high to abstinence longer and longer periods. I am currently on day 3 and no hunger in any respect. I don't feel weak and work a awfully busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken inflammatory disease medications since I started this diet. If you have got health issues I encourage you to urge this book, it will amendment your life.

Recommend!

The author laid out different versions of intermittent fasting and provided sample menus and recipes. I really enjoyed listing this and learned quite a few new things. I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has.Great for beginners who want to take control of their health.

Lovely!!
