I am a biochemistry major. I am loving this book. I am about half-way through the book. I have learned a lot of information online; however, this book has information all in one place. There are many graphs and diagrams to help people understand. The science is explained well in simple terms, yet not so simple that someone with a science background would get bored. This book is an asset to anyone following a ketogenic diet. It explains in detail what is occurring in the body and for example, why you should not drink alcohol with detailed descriptions of how it is slowing your weight loss.

This is an extreme answer for weight reduction issue and flavorful, solid formulas. I have perused the primary book of this package previously and discovered this package is a restrictive finding for me. Every one of the tips and techniques are clarified pleasantly with related precedent formulas which have effectively demonstrated qualified to pursue to me. I have never watched irregular fasting for wellbeing or diet purpose.It is useful to free our body weight.I think this book formulas has some simple undertaking that will work to free weight.While as yet eating our most loved sustenance we may make yourself fat.

This book had me wanting to soak up all its knowle

This book had me wanting to soak up all its knowledge going through a rough patch with over 30 pounds of extra weight hanging around. Simple explanation of the benefits and a few of the negatives associated with the keto diet and intermittent fasting. Easy to follow and implement without turning it into a science book. I loved this book.

If you are looking for the basics and a quick guid

If you are looking for the basics and a quick guide to some great weight loss acts this book is for you. It is not a step by step program with menus and such, just the low down on what you need to do to lose weight. I found the book quite informative and I will remember lots of these tips to go along with my more extensive plan (when I start it LOL)!

This is really an excellent book that will interest you chapter by chapter, you will find both a full explanation of the ketosis process, a detailed description of the methods of intermittent fasting and much more. It explains in simple fashion exactly what you need to do to optimize your health and gives you many resources and good explanations. I’m not on the any diet now. I was just looking for low calorie recipes. I just wanted some good low calorie recipes that were better than the low calorie frozen food options at the grocery store. I’m more than glad that I came across this book. I certainly can see myself trying this diet for the summer to see if the diet really will help naturally improve my life and well being I think it’s a positive change and something that will be life changing if I am consistent. Overall, I found this useful and I'm looking forward to trying out all of the recipes.

I learned a lot about Keto reading this book. First of all, I didn’t even know there were different types. I thought Keto was starving yourself to lose weight, but in fact it helps with controlling your appetite.

This book presents a lot of valuable information regarding this dietary change. Also with a week-by-week food guide as far as what you should eat and when. I enjoyed that step-by-step aspect, I need that type of deliberate information in order to stick with it. The author also evaluates the good and the bad in comparison to the risks and benefits.

This is really a great compilation of useful books

This is really a great compilation of useful books on the ketogenic diet as well as intermittent fasting. I believe this collection has covered quite a number of angles. From doing the keto diet for beginners to doing it while being on a tight schedule. Intermittent fasting is also well covered, both for the beginner as well as women specifically. I found the savings to be great ! knocked off over 15 bucks getting this versus getting each book on its own. The information presented inside is carefully curated and useful for folks who are wanting to combine the keto diet and intermittent fasting into an effective weight loss plan. This is good for me

I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has and for instance, how fasting could help to improve our leptin and insulin or even be used to help treat cancer and diabetes and these foods and simple diets are suggested to keep your caloric intake as low as possible, drive as many nutrients as you can and feel full so that the period of fasting can be accomplished as easily and hunger-free as possible, especially if this is the beginning of your intermittent fasting journey and this book will enable you to learn and see more about Intermittent Fasting for ladies and find a few dishes that will enable you to get thinner and take out those undesirable fats in your body that is unquestionably sound, scrumptious and simple to plan.

This is a phenomenal discontinuous fasting book for women.It has a few hints and traps, which improve health.It is the most ideal approach to utilize irregular fasting for muscle gain.I think it is a helpful book.Health is riches and with regards to lady we are particularly cognizant about our weight and wellbeing.

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well. Consistently down 2lbs per week so far. Loving it!
