Keto is lit.

I love this bundle, especially Keto book in it. The overall presentation is great. Good combination. It is crazy how avoiding carbs and sugars can change the way you feel and look is such short period of time. I lost 10 pounds with these diets and exercises, I look leaner, feel better and stronger overall. Great bundle!

For me, as a woman, it is very important to feel light and healthy all the time so I give credit for intermittent fasting. Keto diet I didn't start yet, so I can't say too much about it. Nice content!

This diet bundle I think most Americans will enjoy. Intermittent fasting is a good weight loss method for lazy people. Keto diet helps a lot when it come to body fat for all people but requires more effort in my opinion. Recommend!

That is the book you want

2 in 1 seemed like a good deal for 2 books because I wanted to get a lot of knowledge of both diets and how to combine them together. It as really hard to start, especially on those days when I didn’t eat any carbs and I also do 16hour fasting, but the results I got were more that worth it, 10pound weight loss, looking leaner and better., feeling lighter and healthier. All you need is in this great bundle!

Love it.

This bundle is lovely. I am really curious about my weight and health overall, so I am constantly looking for ways to improve my energy and trying different things all the time. I bought this book because it looked like I can trust it and I still do. Just started to use and apply rules that these two books give into my everyday life and I do feel a little bit more energetic and my weight is more stable now so I think that these to does work. Super nice book.

I love this book a lot. I am a little bit overweight and I work a lot so for me it really important that this book makes my life easier, and it does. That combination of intermittent fasting and Keto makes me so much energy, I am surprised. I am using some basic techniques of these diets and I already lost 2 pounds in the first 7 days. Highly recommend.

Top quality.

Very good 2in 1 book. Nicely put together. It improved my weight loss drastically. I am loosing weight and body fat every single day. When I started to do intermittent fasting and Ketogenic diet combined I no longer feel full, always light, never angry, sometimes hungry, but that is part of the process in my opinion. Highly recommend, don't regret of purchasing this book.

Get it.

It was definitely worth to purchase this book. Since I started I lost 8kg in total, my stomach got flatter and now I love myself more, I need to continue and stay motivated. Going to the gym and working out is a big part as well and I enjoy it more the eating itself. Great!

Amazing results.

Motivation 3000.

The most important thing is your motivation and vision you have into yourself because this lifestyle will require a lot of commitment, Keto and Intermittent Fasting together is a very big deal and hard to sustain. I think to stick to one of these is possible but both, maybe in moderation but not forever. Really good books!
