I've read a few fasting books but this the only one that gives you different options. I'm going to try them all and then see which one works for me rather than relying on what has worked for someone else.

It was quite an interesting book. I've learned so many ways to be a healthier me just from reading this book. This was my first time reading a book and I must say it won't be my last!This method of fasting is easy, convenient and also doable. Recommended!

Must listen to it.....

I believe intermittent fasting is one of the best diets that there is. This book has presented how effective this diet is if you just follow the tips and advice. I will be trying this diet soon!

best intro

This is a very straightforward, easy to understand introduction to fasting. I have purchased a few other fasting books, but this one cuts right to the chase on why you should do it, how to get started, and helpful tips for managing the hunger. I personally do not believe that fasting is any different for men or women so both genders would benefit from this book
