Pretty good

This is most informative. I will probably give it a try. Still confused if I should take my usual meds during the fast. Maybe the net has some info on it. I am new to the benefits of fasting. I liked the author made solid, fact based arguments for fasting including health benefits.

Mostly believable

I and my mother follow Intermittent fasting because its not a diet but more of a dieting technique or like a lifestyle. There are different Intermittent fasting methods are discussed inside, like 16/8 method, the 5:2 method, however I follow Eat-stop- eat method because of its therapeutic benefits. its a quick guide to understand well what intermittent fasting actually is.

This is a great book for beginners.

I heard about this new diet through my health blogs and was intrigued enough to get the book. It was a super fast and easy read and convincing enough that I'm going to give this a whirl. The weight loss benefits outlined in this book are almost secondary to the longer term overall health benefits. Now I am just looking for an opportunity to put the principles into practice and I will probably keep bugging my partner until he does likewise!

This is good book to lose weight using IF book!

The fasting information was interesting and helpful though and a great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle and i already do a modified version of fasting and need to expand my window and eventually work my way into an extended fast and this book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner and i have already been fasting for almost a year and it helped me understand what I was doing all along and enlightened me on some things I wasn't so sure about and i love and live by IF and I will never go back to the way I was prior to fasting and it has become my lifestyle and this book will give you so much of the information you need to do IF and i will be reading through it just to refer back to highlighted points as a reminder and to help others with, when I explain how I lost the weight I have through IF and this is a great book for beginners and the experienced alike.
