Useful information.

This book has changed my life and how I think about food. Learning to eat when hungry not when bored was instrumental in me losing 45 pounds. I'll be forever grateful that I found Brad and the Eat Stop Eat way of losing and maintaining my weight.

Helpful guide!

I have listen a few books on intermittent fasting. The author does an excellent job covering the how-to's of fasting and is straightforward about what works and what doesn’t work. Everything that you need to get started is included in the book. Types of fasts, the various benefits, how to train, and proper eating are all covered.

Very Practical book.

Excellent information for individuals who want get started with fasting. I have tried fasting before without fully understanding the benefits so had limited results. This book answered all of my questions and gave me the information need to succeed with fasting.

Amazing.

There are many ways to lose weight from counting point to micro-managing carbs. But almost all of them involve eating less calories on a daily basis. The result - you lose weight but let's face it the prospect of eating less every day gets old. And in many cases weight that is shed is quickly put back on.

Easy Listening.

I've tried so many diets and this one works for me. Fasting has its many advantages. At the end of my 3rd week I have lost 10 lbs. It may be difficult during the first week but your body really adapts to it. Cravings for junk food have subsided. I'm glad it works.

Life changing!

Life changing! I Have always been skeptical about diet books and other gimmicks out there. This is a life style change and you have to be dedicated for it to work. I have lost 27 pounds after I started intermittent fasting and I feel great!
