Only flaw, a bit redundant in places but with all the different topics, I suspect that they repeated important content for those that skip chapters that they feel is not relevant to their situation.

The cookbook will make implementing the stellar protocol outlined here so much easier. I find IFing that my meals are so much more sensually pleasing. I really enjoy my food as I eat only once a day so I make it very quality food and delish only.

To learn how to partake of this program, you need the whole book. It works if you work it. Easiest weight loss I ever accomplished!

I started it and have lost 15+ pounds in about 6 weeks. It's not difficult and makes a lot of sense biologically. I have recommended this book to many people, including physicians, and all have found it very interesting.
