Excellent presentation.

Extremely informative .... and EXTREMELY motivating. I understand the health benefits of IF, and learning how simple (though not easy) IF is - if that makes any sense... I'll explain it.

This is a very easy and clear book

I find it really helpful and can’t wait for the new life to start! For some reason it gives me a feeling of having a new secret weapon to stay slim young and healthy that no one knows about!

Great book tons to learn

It gives you a bit of the background for the reasoning behind the diet and the excellent qualifications of the author. I was able to relax and listen to the new and greatest breakthrough info ever. To learn how to partake of this program, you need the whole book. It works if you work it. Easiest weight loss I ever accomplished!

So great and filled with useful info

Informative book filled with great information and tips on how to do the fast that is right for you. Only flaw, a bit redundant in places but with all the different topics, I suspect that they repeated important content for those that skip chapters that they feel is not relevant to their situation.

A good starting point.

The authors explain in plain language the biochemistry behind insulin resistance, obesity, and diabetes. They describe how fasting helps to unload glucose at a microcellular level which eventually leads to losing weight and normalizing blood sugar. The analogies and word pictures used are humorous and get important points across.

Very insightful!

The book was so easy to understand and cleared up what i have been practicing wrongly all these years with the restrictive diets that could never been maintained. I am motivated to embark on the fasting route!
