Great overview and Introduction
I recently learned more about Intermittent Fasting and wanted to learn more. This is a quick overview and includes what IF is, why it is beneficial, different options for fasting and a how-to guide. The quick overview does not include studies that back up the data, but nothing mentioned in the book contradicted what I have read about intermittent fasting from other sources.
Narration was a bit fast for me, but that was easily changed with the audible speed adjustment.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
