Irritatingly repetitive

Chapter 3 and I can't take any more.

Given that the book is called intermittent fasting, must they repeat it at least once every sentence?

Patronising tone and delivery.

Worrying advice to drink copious amounts of water to suppress appetite with no warning of the dangers of hyponatremia.

I can't imagine how this book has so many good reviews, it may get better but I'm afraid life's too short.

Good book for beginners

The book explains the diets in simple language and gives some tips on which one to choose and how to stick to it. All necessary for a beginner. What I was missing was more scientific evidence for the diets to be effective and it’s health effects however that was not much covered in this book.
