Very well written!!!

You will enjoy all then type of foods you can find it here as long as you will take minimal and balanced. I grab th is book for my husband who have diabetes type 2,the book gives a better explanation about insulin diet and how to balance your food intake.
This book is too easy to follow recipes and helped your blood sugar level going back to normal.
