Nick has been fantastically involved throughout the production of this download, so that it has become something far more than simply an author reading his work. For once, we can genuinely say this audiobook comes complete with bells and whistles, not to mention some Arctic winds, Venetian canals, telephones, aeroplanes, and a squealing pig or two!©2004 Nick Mason Overseas; (P)2005 Orion Publishing Group Ltd Entertainment & Celebrities History & Criticism Music Photography Şöhret Düşündürücü

Really nice insight into the history of Pink Floyd reported with characteristic British understatement and wit by the Author. Gallops through at a pace but there are details and insights aplenty and it is an easy listen with Nick’s natural charm shining on through…

A really nice and brief insight into the history of my favorite band.

Nick Mason reads his book in a very lovely way by adding essences of his charm and quirky remarks.

It is also really wonderful to hear his voice.

Very nice read.

Really enjoyed it. Wished it was longer. Lots of interesting stories which I hadn’t heard before.

Great snippet of Pink Floyd history

Not humorous or dramatic, but a straightforward account of such an important band (to me anyway) and read by Nick Mason. Taught me a lot about the syd barrett era, and the split with Waters. Well worth a listen.

Required listening for Floyd fans

An interesting perspective from someone who seemingly remained friends with all band members through the years. A bit rushed through the 1980-90’s. Sad in some places. A good historic read.
