About this listen

If you're looking for a page-turning read, don't miss this action-packed Amazon bestselling romance.

My name is Essa Brant, and I've just made the biggest mistake of my life. By trusting someone I shouldn't, by forgetting I'm in love with a dangerous man with many enemies, I now find myself caught up in some very dire circumstances.

I'm learning, though, that when all is lost, there is still something you can hold on to: hope. Well, I'm holding tight with my last and final hope that Farren will save me.

My name is Farren Shaw, and when I discover the woman I love has been abducted, I am ready to go to any lengths to save her.

I will kill and destroy for Essa. After all, it's not like I haven't done these things before.

Only problem is, when I do find Essa and finally tell her all the things I've been keeping from her, will she still want me?

Fast-paced and exciting, Inevitable Circumstances promises to leave your pulse racing, while your heart roots for love to win in the end.

The storyline continues in this book with just as much action, adventure and addictive twists. The characters really show their strengths and kept me hooked completely. Great performance.

Fantastic revenge

It was way better than the previous book, but I was disappointed with the ending. And a couple other things.

I still don’t get the relationship between Essa and Farren. They weren’t together for long before she’s kidnapped, and they reunite much later, so I couldn’t understand their intense connection. And once I accepted it with a shrug, some choices they make concerning each other and their relationship seemed questionable to me.

The suspense/black op part of the story was actually interesting, with a good pacing. And the villain–coming back from the first book–though a bit over the top, made for a good opponent. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the ending. It felt rushed and unsatisfying.

Since we don’t get much of Essa with Farren, we have time to enjoy Essa’s unexpected friendship with Justin. Not an easy feat as they start as enemies. Justin was really the highlight of the book, in my opinion.

Dual narration fitted the book much better than a single narrator like in the first book. I’m more familiar with the female narrator than with the male narrator, but they both did an okay job. I thought, for a story so intense at times, they lacked emotions sometimes.
