Water sounds in a sleep audio?

It helps you nod off if nothing else. Some of the dietary advice is a bit questionable and some is a bit obvious (a fair bit of the ‘hypnosis’ is dedicated to encouraging you to eat a salad for example). Main issue is that they include crashing waves etc about 2/3 of the way through. Just as you’re starting to drift off you need to get up to pee!
