An elite cadet sworn to destroy supernatural creatures of Desire who hold sway over Memory, Fantasy, and Reality. A clever assassin caught in a Cold War between two crime lords. In this dark fantasy world full of magic, mystery, and mayhem, two worlds are on a deadly collision course! In a world locked in a brutal war, Andrivalia stands against the Noxvaleres—murderous creatures of Desire who raid human cities to harvest and consume spirits. The Fantasy Academy: Acteo Venand is a noble-born striker cadet training to avenge a Noxvalere’s attack on his family. But that blood-drenched night left Acteo with more than just physical scars. Because the Noxvalere siphoned part of Acteo’s spirit, he suffers from an Imbalance-a condition that leaves him with a dark side opposite to his just ideals. Unable to resist the temptation of competing in an illegal prize fight, Acteo encounters a mysterious green-eyed assassin who haunts him.The Criminal Underground: Expert assassin Reyna Ward is entangled in a feud between Cat, a complex assassin queen, and Tereus, a corrupt lord and military officer bent on taking over the assassin cult known as the Street Strikers. Tereus’ schemes include manufacturing a strange, mystical street drug that may have the potential to turn the tide in the war against the Noxvaleres. While navigating a life of danger and intrigue, Reyna struggles with the fact that her spirit is Inconclusive –meaning that at any time, she may convert into a Noxvalere. As Acteo’s investigation closes in and Tereus’s devious plans advance, the worlds of the Academy cadets and the underground street strikers barrel toward an explosive collision!
