This book was brilliant from the first page really enjoyed the story line and the characters apart from one which will become clear as soon as you start it

I thought it was good, I didn't find the main character loxley as mysterious or interesting as he should have been or the criminals that menacing but I've got a positive feeling for book 2.

Almost authentic Nottingham accents, notoriously difficult to do.. shame Basford was pounced Bass-ford rather than more correctly Base-ford.

Loved this, fast and twisty. Real language. Good listen. Definitely going to look out for more by the same author and narrator.
