This is the first YA romance that I've listened to and my first audible book. The story was gripping and exciting.

This was initially free when I downloaded it; not thinking too much of it. Thought it'd be a nice change of pace from the stuff I usually listen to. And now it's one of my favourite AudioBooks. The emotional roller-coaster alone is just enthralling, the characters are all great in their own way. My only critique is having the two voice actors do the accents of everyone involved in their respective chapter. I feel this would've benefitted from a full cast, but I do understand the decision from a creative standpoint. But yea... This needs to be on screen, somehow. Could bring romance films back from the dead.

I wasn’t ready for this book at all. These 2 characters meet through work and just connect in a deep, soulmate kind of level, and after a chance encounter they explore their connection before life gets in the way. Their romance was beautifully written and I really connected with them and totally invested on their journey. This book was a pleasant surprise and I couldn’t put it down.
The narration was outstanding, I love anything Jakobi Deem narrates, his voice is smooth, somehow cosy and sexy at the same time; Jessye Romeo’s voice is sexy and I love her British accent. Totally worth reading and/or listening to

The male voice that was performed by Jessye was a little off; it did not convey over with Jakobies' character that well for me, but great performance by both .
