If you love clean, best friend’s brother romances, you’ll love this book for sure! It’s dual POV with all the banter and swoon. I really loved the duet narration. This book made me smile and laugh because of the matchmaking antics of Evie’s brother, and Evie’s best friend, and swoon because of how Jamie went out of his way to show Evie how much he loved and wanted her. Jamie’s character was my favorite: a protective, cinnamon-roll hero, which I love. He owned his mistakes and learned from them.

I couldn’t stop listening because of the excellent narrators, the engaging plot, and the fun story. I was also totally invested in Evie and Jamie getting together. I also love how the book showed the power of close friendships, a tight-knit family, and forgiveness.

This is the third book in the BAKE MY DAY WITH LOVE series, and the first that I’ve read by this author. It was great as a standalone, but now I would like to go back and read about the other two couples: Liam and Penny, and Sean & Jessica.
