I love listening to Tuva books on audible as Maya Lindh is Tuva to me now !
Tuva is brave and reckless , this makes the books very fast paced. I start and can’t stop till the end even if it’s 2am !! I’m shouting , No don’t do it Tuva !! Where the hell is your power bank !! Hearing aid not charged !!!
Then I’m sad when I’ve finished the book

Really great story & Tuva our deaf hero still as uncaring about leaping into dangerous situations as usual if it saves others !

One sentence in and I was straight back in Tuva’s world and willingly shadowing her footsteps as she investigates another chilling case. This is, possibly, my favourite of the series so far as the ice feels that much colder, the isolation is that much more profound and she is far from home and physically cutoff from the outside world surrounded by a cast of strange and unsettling suspects. Maya Lindh is the perfect narrator for Tuva and really brings her to life. If you are new to the series then I would suggest you read them in order to better understand what makes Tuva such a great character.

Another fantastic adventure from Will Dean that places Tuva in real jeopardy. Good job we are all pulling for Tuva to survive and solve the case. Can’t wait for the next instalment and the TV series.
