Great guide book!

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. The book is well organized & thought out. The recipes are easy to follow and I am enjoying trying them out. I work full time and this book provides everything from snacks to meals and they're not too complicated either.

Wonderful %%

For me it's difficult to calculate the amount of calories in my diet, as I remember I once tried to follow iifym but couldn't able to go d proper way like where to start and what to eat, this guide; as compared to other tips has guided me through proper way like what to and when to eat and calculation of calories available with each recipe.

All You Need

This diet is very different from regular diets which is very strict and not very enjoyable to follow and maintain. Very well detailed and well-written in this book. Losing weight is not a problem when following Flexible Dieting as well as gaining lean muscle. I highly recommend this book!

Four Stars!!!!

This is such a refreshing change as compared to books that keep telling the readers what not to eat!I particularly liked the mobile apps suggested in the book to track what nutrients go into our diet. I've started following the simple tips recommended by. Overall, a practical guide that lets people enjoy their food.

Perfect book

The book explains properly what kind of plan we will be adapting. It gives details in calories so that the consumption is accounted for properly. The book also has some recipes which are very useful and their calorie details have been given as well.

Best Book Ever!!!

This book is great for people who knows the meal-planning principles for muscle building but simply need ideas on what to eat. It is absolutely loaded with delicious recipes. This book is very easy to listen, right to the point. I found it knowledgeably yet simple. Thanks William Fisher!

What did this book have to do with Macros

What disappointed you about IIFYM And Flexible Dieting: If It Fits Your Macros?

I was hoping for a book explaining counting Macros and getting a better idea of that. This was a just an overall on dieting in general.

Any additional comments?

Was inexpensive and short listen so I am ok with payment but the name was deceiving. The 3 loose fat quick diets (before Paleo) seemed awfully "sales based"

Reliable for me and a good starter guide

I love the book. I know it is basic as it is meant for starters like me. I appreciate how IIFYM introduced me to diets and how not to be so painful in having a guide to your food intake. Good thing this book has something that interest me more and pursue what I have already started.

Listen it !

I bought this book to learn about IIFYM as this type of dieting sounds healthier than other fad diets.And this provides a guide to a sustainable diet plan that doesn't restrict your food intake and yet it's keeping you in shape.It's good to learn such kind of diet. It is a good learning tool.
