Upbeat and motivational
I have read many self help books and tried hypnosis (which I just slept through), I found this book different. Firstly it’s short, when you are ready to quit, and spent many hours reading books you may like me be put off by hours of listening to hear what you already know. Secondly, it’s motivational and upbeat ... I needed that... I was already disheartened I needed bringing up emotionally and quickly. It worked for me... I don’t know what made me choose this book, it had no reviews but I found what I needed when I needed it and so now I am writing the first review. I’m not sure how helpful it would be if you were not already ready to quit and just needed a springboard ... but I suspect it would be helpful for anyone even if you are not quite ready.
