Firstly, the sound quality is very poor and changes throughout. In the last chapter you can hear mumbling in the background behind the narrator.
Secondly, without the length of the unabridged work you lose the depth of the characters and their journey. This means that events happen too quickly and you are not as invested.

Really looked forward to listening to this, I’ve heard great things about the book.
Very disappointed in the quality of the production. Some chapters end mid sentence and there are huge gaps in the storyline
If I could work out how to get a refund I would and spend it on the hard copy.
I’ll make sure to read reviews before I purchase in future.
Take my advice and give this one a miss

Pretty sure they shouldn’t be able to sell this, can’t listen to it properly. People talking in the background… just an awful shame to do this to a book!!!
