I love all Lindsay Kelk books and love that the characters from the I heart books, crop up in others ! These books allow me to escape into a different world and I love them

I LOVE this book! I must have read my paperback 50 times! It is so battered that the pages are now falling out which is why I have purchased the audio version .... and I have two paperbacks of this book!

What I love about this book is the story has a great pace without being boring or rushed.

Lindsey has an amazing ability to make the reader feel like you are the main character or to allow you to vividly experience the story as if it were a film playing in your head. It is the perfect escape from everyday life and an even better inspiration for going and getting the life you want!

Without ruining the story, if you want to read something about starting again with (literally) nothing and pursuing your dream life then read this book!!

Angela (the main character) is relatable and funny. If Carrie Bradshaw, Bridget Jones, and Andrea Sachs (Devil wears Prada) were one person you would have Angela but she is just so so much better!

It is probably worth noting that there is a spin-off about Jenny which is only available on Kindle.
They are two short stories
1) Jenny Lopez has a bad week
2) Jenny Lopez saves Christmas
They are definitely worth adding to the timeline if you decide to read the whole series.

The whole series is great but this is my favourite book in the series. I would also HIGHLY recommend the About a Girl series by Lindsey.

In summary, explore all of Lindsey's books if chicklit is your thing and you want to be whisked off to somewhere wonderful.
