Summary

Good, not great.
This was a good story, interesting enough however it was quite predictable, no real big surprises. I generally like a more twisty end that I don’t see coming. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable listen.

Challenging and compulsive!
I haven't listened to such a great book in ages!
It challenged me as I thought Emily was unhinged, but then I fell in love .
Be prepared for sleeplessness! Superbly narrated too.

The plot twists were amazing!
The storyline was incredible and the pacing was amazing 👏🏾 Mary Woodvine read this story phenomenally and made it feel as if I was really in the characters shoes!

Excellent thriller with a twist.
Thoroughly enjoyable story that had you gripped to the end. A theme that tugged at emotions. Very enjoyable and well performed.

A little slow, but a good read
I enjoyed this book. I loved the start and the end, but did find the middle was slow. A little drawn out. However the characters were good, the story gripping ( perhaps a tiny bit unbelievable) and the narration superb. I would recommend and would read other books by this author.

An enjoyable thriller
With a twist...
Something different from the Gary Goodhew author, still based around Cambridge and the outer reaches. Good story, good twist but I do love a Gary Goodhew novel!
