Fabulous resource! Should be mandatory listening.

I changed my mind completely

I don't need any diet anymore

I always thought that in order to lose weight I needed a diet and exercise, but this audiobook showed me that it is not necessary, it taught me that it is enough to take out our innate abilities and with them to achieve crazy changes that we desire, without a doubt meditation is the best thing that exists.
