Great informative!

Every now and then I slip off my diet and all those negative thoughts start to appear. No one is perfect, but I can’t help getting angry at myself putting me in an even worse place mentally. The next time I find myself in this situation I will listen to these lovely words and remember that I’m great the way I am and that I can get back on track.

Helps a lot with making healthier decisions and controlling your portions. Make one or two better decisions each day and you’ll be making a lot of progress. I’m finally back on the horse and my journey towards a healthier mind and body have started.

I will definitely listen to this many times.

I will definitely listen to this many times since I know this is a long journey and I need to be in the right mindset. If I don’t have the right mindset I know I’ll find myself gaining all the weight, that I’ve already lost, back again.

Helped me a lot.

Adding this to my workout and weight loss routine have helped me a lot. It’s easy to stick with a diet for a few days or maybe a few weeks but when it comes to months and years you really need a way to keep yourself on track. This hypnosis will be my secret tool.

This one was the best one I’ve found.

I’ve tried other weight loss audios, but they have never worked. Probably because they’ve been really low quality and awful to listen to. This one was the best one I’ve found.

Great audiobook.

Two lovely hypnosis scripts that give you a lot of positive energy. I found myself smiling a few times while listening. I like that the 2 scripts work together and compliment each other.

Well organized.

It motivates me to keep on going.

I like how we visualize ourselves with this hypnosis. It motivates me to keep on going. Will try to remember this way of seeing myself every time I feel unmotivated.
