chapters have repetitive introductions

not helpful for trying to sleep . chapter's introductions unnecessary, the insomnia sections should just flow from one to the next.

A godsend

This audiobook by the Awakening Transformation Academy was a real godsend. My doctor told me that I needed to lose weight before my upcoming surgery. I needed something quick and effective. This audiobook ticked both boxes for me, and now I am ready for next month’s hospital visit! Fingers crossed everything goes well!

Stops you from snacking

Being a single mother is not easy, so I allowed myself a “little snack whenever I got stressed.” Those snacks made me gain more than two stone, which this fabulous guide helped me combat. Now I do not look at food the same way, which prevents me from developing a bad relationship with it again! Rapid weight loss

I did not think anything with “Rapid Weight Loss” would ever work. Well, it turned out I was very wrong. After trying out and applying the variety of techniques and methods mentioned in this audiobook, I have lost 0.5kg already. I managed to do this pretty effortlessly, so I am looking forward to continuing my work! Thanks!

Helped me relax

I am usually an anxious ball of stress. I figured it is mostly due to being a new University student and being unable to find myself in a new town, away from my family and old friends. This audiobook has been my saving grace for a few weeks now, and I am doing much better. Due to my anxiety, I started to stay in my room and eat lots of junk food. The authors at the Awakening Transformation Academy know how to make meditation and hypnosis an effective tool to combat bad relationships with food! I am doing much better with take-aways as well as snacks. Other than that, I managed to get some proper sleep by implementing meditation into my daily activities.

The best out there

Being a manager at a large company comes with being under a lot of pressure every day. I needed to find an effective way of dealing with constant stress. Having already purchased another book by this fantastic author, titled “Positive Thinking Affirmations and Guided Meditations for Anxiety,” I gave this one a shot. I highly recommend this audiobook if you have trouble sleeping or want to relax after a long day of work and stress. The meditation techniques contained within really work wonders, especially if you are on a schedule 24/7. There are plenty of scripts that you can use. The chapter I recommend the most is chapter 28, “Relaxation and Stress Scripts” - it had everything I needed to relax.

Exceptional

Best audiobook I have

This is undoubtedly the best audiobook I have in my library. I have tried various audiobooks on meditation for weight loss. However, most of them were ineffective. This one is not only very effective but written and narrated in a fun and easy-to-follow way. 5/5 from me.

Helps fight habits

I had terrible eating habits for years. I would skip breakfast until 11 am, then have a late lunch and end up having dinner around 9 pm, which was way too late. I managed to deal with those habits thanks to this audiobook – through self-hypnosis, I stopped snacking in the mornings, allowing me to have earlier meals and not feel stuffed all the time.
