Bit too cheesy for me

It's very much a "you are a beautiful snowflake" sort of thing. Personally I find it hard to engage with that. I prefer the meditations and hypnosis that also work on an intellectual level.

Great motivation to stay the course

I listen and fall asleep to it. Not sure the ''hypnosis'' works the way people may think though. Narrator's voice is really comforting, and it is motivational.

I like this book, but its missing something.

The only thing I did not hear mentioned in this audio book is auditory cues, what I mean by that is, I concentrate and listen to my mind and when I hear familiar sounds and I don't mean imagining sounds, I literally can hear a voice.

Really helpful

Do not just listen once or you will not get the benefits. This works but you have to make time to listen a a few times a week. Highly recommended.

Obviously they have had someone write false review

Unbelievably and remarkably poor audio book. Affirmations are all 3rd person. This definitely is NOT a hypnosis book. And the reviews are a sham.
