Full of information!

This is a very applicable audiobook. It's full of information on how to lose weight by meditation. It teaches the listener to have a commitment by what they are doing. I would recommended this book to everyone.

Amazing

The book is amazing to lose weight rapidly. There have all rules to lose weight such as meditation, mini habits and so on. I liked this book and enjoy the rules to keep healthy.

This is absolutely the best one

That was a great guidebook for Weight Loss Hypnosis. I have listen lots of books its one of the best. This book step by step guide was very helpful for a diet plan. This book I like because Meditation can not only help you lose weight but also to manage the mental challenges that come with stressing over losing weight. It has a good introduction and the brief history of hypnotism is good. However, it is addresses to practitioners. Recommendations and techniques are for those having "patients." The audiobook appears to be addressed to psychologists and mental health professionals with interest in hypnotism.

Easy to follow and Positive

This audiobook was sent to me by a coworker who lost 15 pounds and has been keeping it off. I said, okay okay, do you have a personal trainer or something?? Bc I know we don't get paid that much. Excellent Audio for motivation

I listen to the affirmations when Im treading. The women's voice is mellow and clear, the bsckground music is different on seperate sets. I believe it helps my conscious to rehear the relavation betweeen excersize and healthy eating repetitively.

Love the effectiveness of this

This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss.
