Summary

If you want your daily life full of peace, happiness and joy, then keep reading.

The modern world and media can make it seem like unless your life is filled with ‘"stuff" you can never be happy. In fact, true happiness and simplicity can be found in every moment. Hygge and Minimalism and Decluttering will show you exactly how to do that.

Hygge is a lifestyle that comes from Denmark (The happiest country in the world I thought I'd mention) that, in essence, means creating a warm atmosphere and enjoying the good things in life with good people. And Minimalism is actually about a reassessment of your priorities, so you can strip away the excess stuff that doesn’t actually provide value to your life.

Here is just a sliver of what you will discover inside:

  • The three questions to ask yourself to live a meaningful life
  • Declutter by buying more things
  • Think you have to get rid of everything to be a minimalist? Think again!
  • The 10 essential steps to a minimalist budget
  • Exactly how to discover your minimalism and how to make it work for you
  • The must know strategies to make minimalism work for the busiest people and families
  • The two easiest techniques to cultivate happiness, joy, and peace into every aspect of your life
  • The secret hygge strategies straight from the happiest country in the world
  • Why you aren’t fulfilled (Hint: The next iPhone isn’t going to do it either!)
  • How to embrace Hygge all year round
  • 10 simple strategies to employ hygge while traveling
  • The simplest secret to skyrocket your happiness
  • A step-by-step guide to making your life more hygge starting today
  • And much, much more

If you believe that you can’t be a minimalist without giving up all your possessions, and if you think hygge is just for winter, this audiobook will show you exactly how wrong you are. So, if you want a life consisting of inner peace, happiness, and full of joy, then listen today!

narration is awful

The narrator sounds like a robot, couldn't finish this book, a disappointment, very poor, waste of a credit!!

Enjoyed listening to the Hygge part of the bundle

It might just be a personally preference, but I couldn’t stand the fort narrator. Found it difficult to follow and stick to listening. It sounded as if the narrator was trying to record an ASMR.
Second narrator much better, content of each book was really good and contained a lot of great suggestions and tips.

disappointing

two unrelated books. first two thirds is bad writing with poor grammar and a bad narrator. it's a collection of redundant blog entries.
second part is at least professionally produced.

Terrible

Lots of prose, no real substance. It tells you what minimalism can do, but doesn't tell you how.

Zzzzzzzz...

The content of the book may be great, but the narrator’s voice is so slow and soft that I couldn’t focus on what was being said. Whoever narrated this should read meditation books...not book you’re actually supposed to pay attention to. Unfortunately, I’m only a few minutes in and have to return this.

Excellent Introduction

I found this book an excellent introduction to the hygge and Minimalism concepts. I found it to have practical advice about achieving the feeling of comfort and cozy in your own home to be refreshing, as well as understanding Minimalism doesn’t mean only owning 1 shirt, also the narration was wonderful!

Explains Hygge so well!

Being a Dane, this is something I knew something about but learned so much more than I expected! It explains hygge is much more than candles burning in the company of friends! Loved it! And, made me realize how amazing and simple living a minimalist life can be, thank you for opening my eyes to that.

Simple yet great ideas

The audiobook gives many different ways to help make your home more comfortable and inviting. To be with family and friends and to set a pleasing atmosphere as well as how not to let the world of consumerism take us over. Much needed.
