Loved it even more than the first

The journalling for me took this from being a useful enjoyable read to a self reflective and self development experience.

I am now collating a list of cited authors to continue my personal development.

Hits the nail on the head.

another great book by Mel Wells. will definitely listen to this again. highly recommened reading for pretty much every woman in the Western world.

Left me hungry for more

Overall this is a good book with a good message. But if you’ve read the goddess revolution, I don’t think this book provides much more in addition to the first book.

A truly inspirational read

I have never before read a book which has resonated so much with me.
It feels as if Mel has spoken from her heart, directly into mine and has said lots of things that I’ve needed to hear.
So grateful to have found this book and all of Mel’s work ❤️

A must read for anyone searching for a better connection with your body

Completing Mel's new book feels like the beginning of a whole new understanding of the importance of LOVING my way toward full recovery instead of berating my body every step of the way. I love Mel's way of sharing her knowledge and also her light-hearted manner toward something that clearly also ruled her life for such a long time, it gives me a great amount of hope that I too really. can get there. This book won't change your life but it will definitely make you feel hopeful and determined that YOU CAN. Thanks Mel xx

fantastic

this book was amazing! I cant even put into words how much it helped me. I loved mel's first book, but this one is even better! I have a much better understanding as to why I'm feeling the way I am about food and my life.

the only wish is that she would share a PDF with simply the journaling prompts from each chapter. I bookmarked them all, but it would be easier to see them written .

Should be required reading

This book is absolutely amazing. I think that it should be required reading for everyone to read as a step to get out of the diet culture that were so deep in. Mel has such a passion for helping women get over there food fears and their body image issues and I am so thankful for this book as well as the goddess revolution.
