Very short and basic

I did not find this book very helpful at all. Extremely short, and the information it contained could be easily found on the internet for free. I would not recommend.

Fantastic!

This book gives practical exercises to kick start you in writing. Combining science and breaking down why writers are getting stuck in a creative thinking loop and how to get beyond that phase and actually put words on paper. Fantastic for both fiction and non-fiction writers.

Beautiful!

This book is a must listen if you are thinking of writing a book. I tried twice to write a book and failed both times. I then purchased this book. After listening this book and applying all the wisdom that Dan Harper shares with the listeners, I just finished my first book.

Amazing book

This is really helpful, because I think most people feel better about following through on something when they know about how long it will take. The book also goes into exploring other forms of content that you can make. If you have a digital book, like say, for Kindle, you can create a paper book. You can create an audio book as well. Overall, a great book to get you started!

To the point

This was clear, easy advice for a not so easy venture. The steps are there and if you can stick to the timeline I can see how it's possible. I took away some excellent strategies.

Excellent!!

Listened this as my first audio book. Think I'm now hooked for Audible for life. The book itself was excellent. Very inspiring and covered the subject in great detail. Will be reading / listening other books from the same author next.

Amazing!!

I really liked the honesty and authenticity in the writing style. Things I never thought about in writing and some things that I always do were clearly discussed. Having someone talk you all the way through the writing process on your draft seems amazing.

Appreciate the information

I really appreciate the information in this book. While I learned a great deal about the writing process, my favorite part of the book is about receiving criticism. His insights on that topic are very helpful.
