Would you consider the audio edition of How to Stop Smoking and Stay Stopped for Good to be better than the print version?

I gave up smoking May 2013 using this audiobook (over a year). I have tried everything and it hasnt worked. Now it may have been partly due to other things (youtube vids, gritted teeth etc) but I think this book was the deal clincher!

Bit like Allen Carr but i preferred Gillian everyday of the week!

I listened to this and have not smoked for over 2 years now. Do yourself a favour and get this book for yourself if you want to get free from the addiction instantly and painlessly

Took me several listens before I took in the principal of the book, it's not hard just can take a while to get your head around it

Got this for my boyfriend who would never have read the book & it did work for a while, but he has gone back to his old ways.



That said, I think it is more about him than the book or it's techniques as it was more me that wanted him to give up than him wanting it himself.
